SUMMARY: ØFFSHORE Information Guild is a secretive organization born from the abandoned orphanage. Founded by Dallas E. Finnigans, one of the ophan and a group of orphans children. The guild seek to uncover, preserve and share hidden knowledge, lost secret and forgotten histories. They gathered information through exploration, research, and observation.
